As a local hullian I have been to this museum many times throughout my childhood and I have some fond memories of walking around the old buses in the museum. It is a really fun and informative museum to be in, it is usually pretty busy, as is the other surrounding museums in the area. Lots of different things to see and do, I have noticed recently there have been more 'hands on' things for younger children to do, the carriage ride is worth a go on! I would recommend that for slightly older children though as it is very dark within the carriage. As a history student at university I would also academically recommend this museum! There are no entrance fees and no hidden charges... it's free! So definately no excuses for not going!
