Built around the 14th century gate house of Beallieu Abbey the manor house is kept as it was during the Victorian period, yet its monastic origins are obvious both inside and out. The grounds of Beallieu house the National Motor Museum and various rides for children as well as a restaurant and monorail for getting around.
